A fix for the first watch dogs videogame Mouse Acceleration, smoothing and aim assist just make sure to make backups before making any changes to the configuration file.

Mouse acceleration (or ‘mouse accel‘ for short) is when your cursor in the game moves further depending on how fast you move your mouse on your desk, this is generally considered to be a big no for gaming mice, gaming mice should be as ‘raw’ as possible when processing movement

Very good video, but somehow in my user documents files I am unable to find the "Watch_Dogs" folder in "My Games" folder, and I have no clue what happened. If anyone have seen anything like it please help me out.

I have the exact opposite problem does anyone know how I can increase the sensitivity of my mouse?
When I'm doing the hacking puzzle the cursor moves extremely slowly

When i follow all the directory and go into the My Games folder there is no watch dogs folder there idk why

it kind of works but the mouse control is still dodgy and fakin sux. i'm able to consistantly headshot and shoot legs and such whenever i want to in game like hitman 3 but in watch dogs its still such a struggle cause it controls so weirdly. i have to use controller now

I tried both your methods and mouse sensitivity is still weird and not working properly. Car handling also weirdest ever seen. I don't know how to play this game. This game is piece of garbage, unfortunately. I'm deleting it without playing. And I am a little shocked about what Ubisoft had done. The game is not ready.

Doesn't making it Read only prevent the game itself from changing other settings in the XML? Like graphics settings etc.
