Personally, my christmas starts on christmas eve with midnight masses and a lot of emphasis on religious aspects. Santa was just a person who went around with people singing christmas carols. I remember almost all of the houses would have a star on their door on house. A special brunch with some regional speciality food would also be prepared.

Xmas is more of a friends/couples holiday in Korea. People will get together to celebrate and have an excuse to drink but it's not a food centered holiday. It's pretty common to rent hotels/villas/condos and just chill with your friends or signifcant other. Also, Korea gets extremely cold in the winter with snow but without the fluffly light snow northen Japan gets.

While Korea does have Christians they really don't celebrate christian holidays. Christmas isn't as important to them as say Chuseok but they sorta celebrate it. Also yes it does snow in Korea, I don't believe they get horrible snow storms like US and some of EU but they get snow.

Mincemeat in Mince Pies is so called because it used to contain actual meat. It was a meat based pie with spices, dried fruit and booze added to make it special. It dates back to Elizabethan or Jacobean age. Dried fruit, spices and sugar were extremely expensive so ordinary people would use it at Christmas as a special treat. Today’s mincemeat still traditionally contains beef suet unless it’s vegetarian.

I love to see the guys when they are messing about and having fun on stage though in my opinion the star of this performance was the little girl. She’s so adorable 💜💜

1 - How do you make "Santa Claus is Coming to Town" sexy? Just have Jimin sing it. He wasn't even trying, but...that's how it came out. LOL
2 - I think many forget this is the first time when any of them sang in Spanish. (Everyone always praises RM and Jimin for doing Becky's parts of Chicken Noodle Soup during...shoot, was that Sowoozoo?...but the reality is, Jin and Hobi did it first. NOT that RM and Jimin didn't absolutely kill it - they did!!! - but it just wasn't the first time any of them had done it.)
