In my opinion, the artificial Japanese melon flavoring is the most accurate to the real thing. I once had a bubblegum that confused my brain so hard bc it tasted so real 笑い 🍈

The ice cubes allow the ice cream to float higher above the surface of the soda so it looks like there’s more ice cream then there really is (tl, dr Japanese are a bunch of cheapskates lol)

I believe that the signature Japanese melon flavor is sort of the same situation as the grape flavoring in the US, in that it is based off of a different type of melon, but I can't seem to remember what melon though.
Edit: I did some quick research and apparently it's called a musk melon. Sadly I cannot confirm this, because they cost more than a house in some countries.

Use the ice cream as the ice, make sure soda is cold from fridge before you pour it over the ice cream, then no mess or waste…🥰❤️👏🏻

I LOVE Fanta Melon!!! I live in California and usually can only get it when I go to the Coke store in Florida at Disney Springs :(
