The Volvo V60 is only available as a mild-hybrid or hybrid just like the rest of the Volvo line up, it is the estate version of the S60 saloon, the V60 is certainly a looker with its Scandinavian design language and incredible design names such as Thor hammer lights.

As a very proud owner of a 2020 V60 R-Design, I fully agree with everything you stated. We bought our car because we wanted to travel in our retirement and we needed a car with some carrying capability. We don't like SUV's so the Volvo "Estate" was the perfect fit for us. Took delivery of black B3 momentum last week and agree with everything. Looks amazing, very comfy, well spec'd in basic config but added blacked out windows, android auto and climate pack for heated steering wheel and windscreen. Very smooth to drive 👍

Matt. ''Top notch'' review! As always. And yes the V60 has to be one of the best designed 'estate' cars currently on the market. V60 and BMW 3 Touring share the accolade. Yes, as you say in black in R Design is impressive. It just works! In every sense. To be slightly 'off script', surely a V60 makes far more sense for so many people [families] than many of today's so-called SUV's? Provides everything needed and so much more. As you say the Technology is unrivalled. Correct me if wrong Volvo vehicles now 'limited' to max speed of 120 mph? Makes sense. As does Volvo. Too many 'Matt-isms' to mention! Superb car. B3 engine is great. Better than the previous T3 and more powerful T4 models. The fact it has 3 different driving modes (Eco Comfort and Dynamic ) that change the overall feel of the drive is a great bonus

Just changed from a Jaguar F Type convertible to the T4 R Design. Only a few weeks in but really like it. Not much of a comparison with the F Type but needed something more practical. Always liked estates over SUV’s from a driving and aesthetic look. Partner has an SUV so know how they compare. My first Volvo and pleased with it so far. Great review, thanks.

I have a 2019 V60 which is up for renewal.
Im being offered an XC60 for pretty much tje same cost.
V60 is a fantastic car amd one of the best looking estates.
