Personal air cooler that I have made from old power adaptor as case,
9 volt battery,switch,12v pc fan and soaked sponge as secret ingredient to make this mini conditioner to work properly.

It works by a way that most people here haven't understood yet. It may the author of this youtube doesn't under too how it works but it's something really engineous while so siimple.

Hopefully, the fan is sucking the wet air from the sponge and blowing it outward. Otherwise, the cold air will be exiting the back side.

Not air cooler or conditioner, it just blows old air which means it wont get air any lower than allready is, that wet sponge will heat up to room temperature really quickly

Not to belittle the construction but today the relative humidity outside is 67%. Fairly typical for the area although it goes much higher. Generally is 99% after dark. I don't think that would work here.
