With Ape Vegeta, jist block when he does his moves and then charge up to sparking mode and just do the 20 combo

The easiest way to beat ape vegeta is going sparking the whole time and do the first combo then your ultimate when he falls

For great ape Vegeta go kaioken then go sparking then hit him with punches. If you go into one of the tip menus it tells you the best way to beat giant characters is to get in close.
