I guess the biggest con is the noise, especially as it's high pitched due to the small propellers. Why don't they have silicon tips?
DJI should improve the software to give camera control for things like sharpness, EV, ISO Min/max to the quick setting modes as well, not only RC mode. As usual both EV and sharpness look like they could be turned down a bit for better quality.

just ordered a neo combo today from DJI, (the M4p is paused)
- the Combo kit in the US doesn't include the remote, just the UK & other places, like bummer..

There are a lot of Avata 2 owners (including me) trying to find our more information on flying manual mode and indoor flying; can you provide more info? Others reviewers have not spoken much about it.

Neo doesn't really have many options for still photos (in fairness, not really the idea of it), so no panos or spherical photos, so no go for me, .
Also, weirdly, while it's definitely smaller than a unfolded M4P - the M4P is actually more compact when folded up.
I can see the Neo selling very well to beginners and people who want quick deploy times, but it's a little frustrating what they left out given what's actually in there.
And getting the goggles and motion controllers costs $600 - double what the drone costs... (add another $150 if you want the FPV controller), so it's cool it can do this, but kinda defeats the 'low cost' aspect of it.

Hi am still using the first Mavic Mini 1 combo and still getting great video is the Dji Neo an upgrade? or am I better off keeping the old Mavic Mini 1? Thanks

something else to note about the charger for the neo in the fly more combo is its a 2 way charger. ive not seen a single review say about it yet. say you forgot to charge your drone controller just plug the c to c cable that comes in the box into the drones controller and your good to go it will charger from the batteries in the charger. and dont worry it only drains 1 at a time so if you have 3 in there it will only drain 1 leaving you 2 still charged. it is only 5v 2a out but thats still plents to charge phones most tablets and other handheld items

You forgot to tell one of the important thing with the Neo, it can be controlled by the RC2 controller. So if you have the Mini 4 pro with the RC2 already, there's no need to buy the flymore package to get a controller.

While I have the Avata 2, and the Hover X1, I may continue to add on the newest Hovers mostly because I can fly them more places while the NEW have to have cleared GPS locations that may be restrictive on what you can do. The NEO isn’t available in the USA (perhaps because of the congressional possible bans) This one does so many things like they echo of the Hover Air X1….hhhmmm! Thanks for the post! 🇺🇸

I love the design of the NEO. I just want a small drone that can get me a simple 'push in" clip for social media, a reveal shot. I don't have the time to set up a controller so would prefer to use a app on my phone, I also don't have much space in my camera bag. Im hoping I'll actually use the NEO, as I really didn't enjoy my maverick and sold it not long after I bought it.
Do you know if I can shoot with PAL settings 25/50fps.?
