Did the Mayor of Philadelphia accidentally announce Kamala Harris’ running mate?

There is much speculation as to who Kamala Harris will pick as her running mate for the 2024 Presidential election, but one elected official in Pennsylvania caused confusion on Friday when she posted a video seemingly announcing Harris’ pick for vice president. (Aug. 3, 2024)
