The concept and the way they built is very good mainly because it is free, but I am quite frustrated with the transactions it misses. I tried multiple times to resolve it and reload information to show transactions from my accounts, but for some reason it just ignores some transactions and will not upload them. I noticed an increase of issues to become more frequent in the past 3 months. So if you are ok to not have a "very" accurate data, go for it.

Can you tell me where to click to run annual report so it can be printed so I can refer to it while filling out my tax return?

I am based in Hong Kong and it seems that it is only for US based membership (i.e. I have no ZIP Code here or US number which seems necessary for REGISTRATION)

You said the default date is 90 days and up to a year for transactions. Would the transaction history be deleted if it been 10yrs from a person account that passed away?

the connection with each financial institution is getting worse and worse. I have to add more accounts manually. It is a great platform though especially as a freebie.

To fix the data not updating:

Go to edit, edit login, relogin. Viola.

Edit: Also, the tablet interface is their sharpest interface for some reason lol
