This is the most exciting, jaw dropping and massively entertaining documentary I have ever seen. A rare and total gem. It's got it all: 10 out of 5 stars for masterpiece-level presentation; way, way, way stranger than fiction real life characters; insanely and wickedly-crafted, delicious twists and turns; rich and savoury humour; major crime, scandal, conspiracy AND intrigue; an ever sympathetic KC who can't help but go down rabbit holes. Kings of Tupelo is artful, unpretentious, story-telling excellence. I don't understand why the critics are giving an average rating?! This doc is pure gold.

I binged the entire series last night. It was SO well done! I spent a couple days in Tupelo on my way to Graceland, and I fell in love with this little town.. The people are so stay what they mean. It's so freshing! Even though I know all the twists and turns now, , and there are many, I am going to watch it again. Seems like there could be a season 2....based on the last few minutes of episode 3. You need to watch it until the VERY end..

This was a wild, wild ride!!!! Completely insane! I've always romanticized Mississippi, I don't know why, and stories like this ruin that for me. But then it all gets brought back together again into this wonderful cheesy ending, and I couldn't love it more....and then it falls apart again!!! Yeah that sounds like my life too no wonder I vibe with Mississippi LOL You can't leave us hanging like this we need a second season!

Great series. But what’s so extraordinary about organ transplants? Even Monty Python joked about the topic in their episodic film The Meaning of Life, where a more tragic fate was represented by an unemployed father from Yorkshire. KC’s tragedy was the loss of his job, which turned him into a "loose cannon."
