This version of Georgia is a truly religious experience

I keep expecting to eventually get bored of listening to Stranger In The Alps, but every time I listen to it, it’s like I’m falling in love with it all over again. As sad as some of the songs are, it soothes me completely.

having a Huggies commercial interrupt Demi Moore really killed the vibe.. I don’t even have a baby.

she literally wrote some of these songs about the drummer in her band... I just couldn't imagine playing these songs about myself over and over again

I love that she says "you said they're all having babies" instead of "you said they're all getting married" every time she sings Scott Street live. I always get excited to see if she's gonna switch it up and she always does she's so cute

every once in awhile, I love to revisit this show. I remember this night ever so fondly -- one of my favorite concerts (the boygenius tour). when lucy, phoebe, and julien each finished their individual set, and then joined for the combination set... one of the happiest rooms I've ever been in my life.

Dude. Her cover of You Missed My Heart is unreal. Just so so good. I wish the line "downriver from the Moundsville prison graveyard" went on for hours and hours. Also, props to her guitarist Harrison. That dude knows how to add to a song without taking anything away from it.

It is no exaggeration for me to say that ever since I discovered Phoebe Bridgers and her music, I have been a better person with a mind much more at ease. Several of her lyrics have so resonated with me as to be a balm for my manic depressive mind... and I am so grateful for that. Thank you, Phoebe. Please don't stop being and writing. What you do is meaningful and impactful.

I've listened to "Scott Street" many times but just now picked up that the drums kick in as she sings "I asked how is playing drums..". Absolutely a brilliant and subtle detail that was included in the writing/progression of the song.

This video makes me nostalgic for Phoebe concerts where the audience isn't screaming the lyrics the whole set 😀
