I think that the tune isn't an acceleration tune but a rocket tune. Just used it on a monza time trail, and it was so rapid that I was shocked even on the suzuki gsx-r 600, which is only an S 673

I'm struggling in the first races of the career even on the easiest difficulty and with the assists on, I hope this helps :)

You have a wrong setting in your graphcis setting, your colors are all washed, it has to do with HDR being on and not supported or something. Try to switch that on/off, I remember I had this issue in Hitman 2, my game looked exactly this washed and greyed out until I switched the setting.
