Condition Soulbeast - Off-meta Raid Build - 25k DPS

Hello,

Trying an off-meta build, as a Condition Soulbeast that can do all 1-4 Wings with no issue, and provides a simple rotation.

Gear: Full Viper
Infusion: +5 Condition Damage

Build:
Wilderness Survival 3-1-3
Skirmishing 1-3-1
SoulBeast 2-2-1

In the following days I will upload examples for all bosses, and how this build fairs in each encounter.
