Ohhh i remember the last comment i made on ur channel abt vectors in yr 11. It was finding k. After learning abt some major principles of vectors i went back and re did the problems but using the new method i learnt. It worked soo well got them all right. I ten attempted the infamous alternate q. Basically i did

Hi, thanks, very nice videos. One comment about the area. The vectoriel product of AB and AD gives a new vector (in 3D) which norm is the area of the parallelogram. Wouldn' it solve the question? So I guess this is the connexion you are looking for!

Since MX||BO and since BO=-b. Therefore - zb=-b. b(-z) =b(-1). - z=-1. Therefore z=1. - (1)b=-b. Since MX=-b. Therefore MX=BO
