Oklahoma Centennial Hospitality students in the school Academy of Entrepreneurial Studies have created this video especially for the elementary school students to learn more about fruit and nutrition. In this video, students make a Charoset salad using apples, walnuts, grape juice, cinnamon and brown sugar. A simple and nutritious recipe that is easy to prepare.
