Charoset Recipe for Passover!

Here’s my Charoset recipe:

I chop by hand because I was taught to cook by @ina and I like to see all my beautiful ingredients (traditionally many Jewish families will chop everything much more finely like a paste!)

2 cups apples
1/2 cup almonds
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup dates
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup sweet red wine (more if you like!)

Just chop, stir and enjoy with matzah of course!

I love charoset!! I'm not Jewish, but am blessed enough to have Jewish friends that have included me in their Passover celebrations over the years. I've never had it made with almonds before, just walnuts, so I think I'm gonna make some because I love almonds!
