Did my first playthrough ever of the base game when the dlc dropped, first souls type game i ever played aswell. Started as wretch and played 90% of the game with buckler and lordsworn straight sword 😂 my friends were foaming at the mouth trying to get me on a "real build" xD

I was so annoyed by Mesmer that I clapped Rommina with blasphemous and mimic. I feel sorry for her now.

You could also play the DLC without any scadutree blessings. That's pretty tough

I'm not considering myself a hardcore player. I do all endings and get everything in all souls games, still not hardcore and I was screaming inside watching my brother play it, We beat the game together still, bonding😅
