Vaccine trial starts at UCLH

Screening has started at UCLH for the trial of the Oxford COVID-19 vaccine in healthcare workers. All hospital staff – clinical and non-clinical (including porters and cleaners)– are eligible, (except those whose work is office-based). Priority is given to staff who have continued to travel into work during the lockdown.


UCLH is recruiting participants in 2 age groups: 18 to 55, and 56 and over. The trial website run by Oxford currently only mentions the 18 to 55 group – but you can also apply if you are 56 or over.
