We are still staying at our mountain retreat in Northern Utah ands having an amazing time. This afternoon we headed out to the reservoir that is just a few minutes from our house to play on rented paddle-boards and soak up the sun. We also chatted about what we do for a living and why we're so grateful to spend most of our time being parents.

Yall are so inspiring, it brings me to tears nearly every vlog. You are such positive influences to people everywhere, in a time when it feels like humanity is going down the drain. My 2 year old, 5 year old, and I wish you all the best on your adventures and we'll be following along every step of the way!

You were just by my hubby's work while you were shopping. We took our first step in going on our own adventure and bought a truck. We still have so much to do to get ready and it's scary, but watching your videos has helped. Thanks!

Hello, i was referred here, as I have been looking into this lifestyle more long-term, permanent, for our family. We have 3 kids, (10, 9 and 9) and they have always attended public school. Last spring/summer we sold our home ( due to my husband not able to keep his job), used our savings, bought a travel trailer and donated most of our things. We were very green/new at this lifestyle at the time and had basically no clue what we were getting ourselves into. This led to many fails, but we did what we set out to do, relocated down in Florida, staying at RV park to RV park and learned a few things along the way. We thrived along the way and were able to make it work for our family, but about 8 months into it, due to the unfortunate loss of my father in law, we felt the pull back to family in Oklahoma. At that time, we had no way to tow or store the trailer, so I sold it, which ended up being a huge loss. For about 3 months, we stayed at my mother-in-law's house and were able to get kids situated into a good public school and a somewhat regular routine. After a long 3 months and feeling very un-welcomed where we were, I knew things had to change, but with no home, no travel trailer, no family support, no back up plan and not a lot of money, I began to feel very stuck, lost, even hopeless. I was able to save enough money in that few months, to put a deposit down on a trailer in TX, where I felt drawn to, near a very good friend, a support and a community. As we are now, we are renting, husband is jobless, I'm on a strict and limited income working online, (which is not a guaranteed amount) and struggling to meet the bills on my own, my heart always takes me back to the short, wonderful months that we lived on the road, without bound... not having to live up to someone else's expectations, but just our own! We have to get back to that place!

Taking the step into the dark is what we are struggling with. I know you have to remember the worst that can happen really isn't as bad as we think or anticipate and the worst rarely happens. No matter what we force ourselves to grow and learn. We are stuck in the comfort zone at the moment. Thanks for sharing.

Thank you!! for a couple of years I have felt God calling me to full time youth ministry and have ignored it and played it safe for "the sake of my family". After watching this on Saturday I applied to two internships and have had interview offers for both! really inspiring thank you
