The Awake NY X Asics Gel NYC Pure Silver/Gothic Grape Is Going To Be Huge / Review & On Feet

Today I'm taking a look at a brand new collab AND brand new sneaker model between Awake NY and Asics, the Awake NY Asics Gel NYC. This is a limited edition colorway of the Asics Gel NYC taking elements from the Asics Gel Nimbus 3 and Asics Gel MC Plus. Former Supreme's brand director Angelo Baque has taken inspiration from his various travels throughout his career and let himself inspire by how the youth is wearing Asics models all over the world. With these impressions in mind he has given the sneaker a day and night represented by the use of various patterns, colors and a heavy use of 3M.

Got both pairs (surprisingly easy) on release and this one is more subtle and probably easier to wear than the blue/pink but unsure which I prefer 🤔 Sizing is tts for me. Hope you get your right size anyway, resale seems non-existent so should be good 👍🏼
