So, ladies and gentlemen, this is the society we get when a pervert like him can get away, practically scot-free, with such a despicable act. The judical system is a joke and often favours the perpetrator. Not surprised victims don't often seek redress: why should they? Judges are idiotic for the most part and should be held accountable for their lack of ability to hand out proper sentences; they should also be fired.
