Doodling and Tracing Map - Vivaldi Autumn Movement 1 Allegro

Here's a doodly way to engage with the first movement of 'Autumn' from Antonio Vivaldi's The Four Seasons. This tracing map is a swirly and fun, yet focused and expressive musical activity for elementary students in music class or the general classroom.

⚫️ How to use this activity:
Students will trace the glyphs as the music plays, following the speed and shape.

This is a longer video than some of my others. Divide your students by glyph color (red, orange, yellow, green) as a way to take turns and rest in between.

• Repeating sections will have the same shapes/glyphs. The way they are traced matches the music, so be sure to follow the pace of the color

• Colors in the video are for variety, but many also recur with certain musical themes.

I love this idea! I was familiar with the concept of creating a musical map, but having a guided video with visual examples that are synced to music is so incredibly helpful and clever of you!

Thank you so much, my primary (elementary) students love these! If you take requests into account I think the Dance of the Sugar Plum fairy would be amazing as the holidays approach. But honestly just keep these coming, we love them all!! Thank you! ❤❤❤

I love these and so do my kindergarten kiddos! Are you able to make other ones as well with different classical musicians and come calming ones as well? Thank you so much!
