LIGHTWEIGHT VS HEAVYWEIGHT!! (SPARRING)

The lightweight boxer has a more experience than the heavyweight but this is a great example of how if controlled properly different weight classes can work with each other and find benefit! Specifically the heavy weight is learning how to speed up his tempo and fight at a faster pace while the lighter guy is building his resistance to the physicality of the bigger stronger opponent. Both young men kept it competitive without getting out of hand, that's what developmental sparring is all about it's a win win for everyone!

Look he did good, but there are weight classes for a reason. If that big dude had a bad intentions that other guy would be in some serious hurt.
So look after yourselves.

Let's be honest. Sometimes little guys are just too fast and elusive for big guys to handle. They are usually less flat footed, so they absorb shots that way too, because they're practically airborne half the time. What you think, coach?

Both these guys hooked me up with some solid hits in that very ring. Those r some badass dudes. I still owe them a few shots though ;) All in due time.

I'm 220, and spar my coach that is still a professional and fights at 135. Dude whips my butt all the time, can't ever see his punches lol

Diffrence is in clinch and strikr power. So if this is real match every punch HW conected our cllich would drain MW fighter. Yes MW are faster and more agile and but one strike by HW is like two strikes from MW opponet.
