Bramble The Mountain King is a new indie horror adventure game from Dimfront Studio and published by Merge Games. Bramble The Mountain King feels very similar to Little Nightmares but in the style of a Nordic Folklore Fairytale.

I think the scary figures with glowing eyes in the lake can be:
“Myling” are the ghost of an unbaptised child killed by their own mother to hide an unwanted birth. It can be heard singing in the night, thereby revealing the mother's crime. Ways to help the myling is to give it a name or to find the corpse and bury it in holy soil.

the plague one with the witch was for sure the funniest boss fight. the final boss was disappointing in comparison. I loved the random jump scares, because you weren't quite sure which one would be and which wouldn't

I finished this game alone in a dark room in 4 hours, 2 hours in my eyes started running but I couldn’t stop. When I was done I had two red marks under my eyes that looked like scars

There is nothing st the top of the ladder. It's a big floating thing that lights up when you use you're magic stone on it. It's a good thing really.
Surprised you left out the butcher or the bramble zombies
