A high school student, by the name of Tommy Oliver. Is hand selected by Rita Repulsa, and transformed into a soldier of misfortune.

Heavily based on Tommy Oliver. The teenage antagonist that has been hand chosen, and put under an incantation by Rita Repulsa. Whom gives Tommy the dragon ranger power coin. Along with the mission of ceasing Zordon's communication, and destroying the Power Rangers.

Through out the film, Tommy unearths knowledge on the legendary green candle; that burns his life force away. Leaving him in a predicament that could affect the lives of everyone he's encountered.
