As someone who constantly felt up each bag to get the characters I want, I'm sad that they moved to boxes. But the QR code thing might be helpful unless they change that in future series.

The thing on the bottom isn't actually a QR code it's a data Matrix code. and if you download an app that can scan data Matrix code and and find a guide that tells you the correct numbers it's way more accurate

I'm so glad to see someone else bringing up this issue.
So many people are just ignoring that this is a problem and it's quite irritating.
I've also head of people getting kicked out of stores for using scales. So thats another issue with it too.

For the duplicates, you should make it where they are clones or something. So they don’t go to waste.

At some Lego stores they have a figure trade in, so if you get a duplicate or a figure you don't want you go to the trade in stand and trade your figure for a different one. I'm glad that they have this now that they're in boxes. Does anyone else have a figure trade in stand at their local Lego store?

Apparently if you use an app that can read those codes it’ll give you a serial number and there’s guides online that have the serial number and the minifigure it belongs to

Weight lifter - Ella (she could be the sister of Bella the referee of 24-ville, they both do sports)
Gamer girl - Jaden or Nova
Train kid - Thomas or Fred
Detective - Henry
Harpy - Trixie ('cause it is a girl, if you look for details)
Batlord - Drak (from Drakula)
Dog groomer - Ana
Dino dude - Brad
Red haired girl - Valerie
Mushroom girl - Mushelle
Goat man - Gerald
Athlete - Gary

Name him Larry, this name is associated with good luck and being not magically poofed by arrows or zap or firecracker - you name it

IMPORTANT you can scan the big qr codes on the boxes, they will reveal a number that corresponds to a minifigure.

R = Mexico, which should apply to minifigures sold in the USA, Canada and possibly Latin/South America.

S = Czech Republic, which should apply to minifigures sold in the UK, EU. In Australia, we got the S-factory codes for Marvel Minifigures Series 2, but I’m not 100% sure about Series 25.

I like the red herring Lego put in the Film Noir Detective. The question is, was the red herring's distraction enough for the criminal to escape, or did he accidently leave more evidence to help the detective track him down? 🤔

I have all of them but the barbarian woman and the harpie, the goat herder and muahroom sprite in triplet and doubles of the gym girl and triceratops guy. Love the Vampire Knight and Noir detective.
