2🔶️Allah loves those who repent. "Every single one of the Children of Adam is a sinner". But no matter how far down we fall it is never outside the love and bounds of Allah's mercy. The best of people, are those who make mistakes and repent. Allah didnt create you to not sin . Allah created you to know how to properly deal with sin. Tauba polishes the black spot that forms on your heart due to sins. By repenting, Allah will convert the bad deed on our scrolls by replacing it with a good deed, a "hasanah". Our ranks in the eyes of Allah are also elevated and we become even more closer to Allah because: "Verily, Allah loves those who repent and those who purify themselves." [Al-Qur'an 2: 222].

Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) asked people to seek Allah's forgiveness: "O people, seek repentance from Allah. Verily, I seek repentance from Him a hundred times a day."

Abdullah ibn Mas’ud reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “The one who completely repented of sin is like one who has not sinned at all.”

I watched this because I was looking for a better understanding of repentance, after some difficulty with addiction in my life the past couple days... but Alhamdullilah that my Lord had me watch this... reminding me that I am loved when I turn around and try to come back to Him. The thoughts at the end on Adam and Jonah (peace be upon them)... I found myself literally crying at the end. Subhanallah <3
