What is the Purpose of Cooking Skill in War Within what would we benefit from cooking skill? I have my cooking 100/100(+13) with Green Tools, I'm still curious what would we get if we have higher skill? I'm Planning to Upgrade it to Blue Cooking Tools but, I can't find any answers to this. If you guys know that would really be awesome.

sometimes it says i can craft x3 but only x2 actually gets crafted... why is that and how can i make sure i craft the max amount always?

how do you unlock the npc named "collector z'till" to purchase Recipe: Outsider's Provisions? I am searching all over online, but cannot find how :(

What is the difference between outsiders provision and jester? If they both give same amount of secondary, why should i be bother with outsiders and spending kej? Same issue is also for feast i guess. I am new at cooking and cannot understand the differences.
