Mr. Irwin's book brings me to the idea that free trade between Nations is often mentioned,
but there are efforts to be made to develop free trade even within citizens of the same Nation.
the control in the smallest towns of Israel or the US, by the sectors publics servants of health, safety, education is a good example.
