The Actors Workshop Nottingham | Nocturnal Animals - Edward & Susan / Canon R8

An adaptation of a scene from the film Nocturnal Animals, with actors Vanessa Jade Holmes and Elliot Reid. This scene was filmed at The Actors Workshop Nottingham as a study to show filming techniques, lighting and using Practical Aesthetics within a scene. I filmed this scene as a one man band with some help from Sam Higgins, who did his bit excellently as a runner.

There's a couple of b-roll shots and then the scene was filmed in 30 minutes at the end of the class, which was challenging! Amazing job by the actors who partnered up the first time only a short while before shooting. They didn't need much direction, they know their stuff.
