Notre Dame's going to whoop Penn State by at least two to three touchdowns guarantee it with two interceptions and probably two fumble recoveries people Penn State is not going to be able to keep up with Notre Dame speed and physicality add coaching and we're not just talking about Marcus Freeman we're talking about Al Goulding and Mike denbrock it's going to out coach James Franklin's whole entire coaching staff.
