🤔I disagree with the court. Boneless wings are supposed to be boneless. I can even understand a small tiny ground up piece but that huge bone that I saw was unacceptable. That being said I would have reasonably thought based on the huge size of the bone that he should have felt the bone in his mouth if he had been properly chewing his food.
I also feel that this man is due some kind of financial compensation! 😡

I'm not sure who was sued, but if only the restaurant, try suing the chicken supplier as well who supplied the chicken to the restaurant

I'm sorry, but I'd like to know the size of that bone. He said he was using a fork and knife to cut up the "boneless" wings. Does he even chew his food or does he just inhale it like a fish or something? I noticed if I have something like a piece of cherry pit in my mouth before I swallow it. Of course, I actually chew my food before swallowing.
