Would have been really handy to know that you need those extra two hose fittings because that meant another trip down to the hardware store. Why weren't they included?

I bought a similar Holman set that came in a box and assumed it would be ready to plug into tap and start hosing. When I unpacked the box I couldn't see how to connect it to the tap. Thankfully, you have these instructions so I can work out how to get it set up.

Could you guys please include instructions with the the product and clearly label that you need more connectors. I almost returned this until i decided to see if someone made a video. Now I got to go back and buy more connectors.

You guys should really just include the extra fittings and have a quick install guide on paper, would save so many people having to go back to the store

Why is there nothing on the product saying you need two extra attachments? Would have been really helpful to know when buying! Now I have to wrestle my two toddles back to a Bunnings store!

I really liked the we code on the packet, that took me to this video and the video was excellent and easy to follow. Really helped out. But why wouldn't you just increase the price of the product and have all the attachments, it's not a huge deal but this feels like I bought a car without its wheels scenario

This is so convoluted and hard to see in your instructions . And it will be nice to know we need the two extra parts, why wasn’t this made clear on packaging ?

Update: you don’t need the extra adapters anymore all included. Also the inside bit comes done - they must have been reading the comments lol.

This is the most ridiculously complicated hose to set up especially when it doesn’t contain the connectors. I just wanted to attach it to water and have it working. I can’t believe it takes a 10 minute tutorial.

Please include all hose fittings, because of this I now won't buy anymore Holman products. Rookie mistake Holman

I had to go back to Bunnings as well and they didn't have extra Holman fittings so I had to buy two Pope connectors. So Holman did themselves out of an extra sale. Why not just include ALL the fittings on the card? Ridiculous.
