LML Duramax Cold Start + High Idle

truck is a basically stock 2011 LML duramax, Tuned and fully deleted, 5" straight pipe and a cold air intake. outside temp was 18 degrees farenheight.

I live in California and our diesel gels up so easily, it makes for a really rough start. Sometimes it won’t start period when in the teens outside.
