I’m pretty sure this is Typhoon Yagi which hit Vietnam as a Category 3 typhoon.

For those who didn't know this is typhoon Yagi on 07/September/ 2024 and when it hit Vietnam it hit as a CAT 4 with 130mph winds similar to Harvey in 2017. Also unlike Harvey typhoon Yagi peak as a CAT 5 in the South China Sea after passing the Philippines as a Tropical storm. And before making landland on southern China it weakens to a CAT 4 on Hainan, China as a strong CAT 4 of 145mph winds, almost a Super Typhoon strength (Super Typhoon winds of 150mph or higher). After hitting China it weakens to a CAT 3 with 120mph winds, but hours later it strengthens back to a CAT 4 and landfall at that peak.

Edit: I know the storm is name Enteng to those who lived in the Philippines, but you guys have to remember that there are international names too for storms in the Northwestern Pacific. So Yagi is the international name, while Enteng is the Filipino local name.
Also CAT is short terms for category

This is an typhoon. Judging the text on the store, this is recorded in china, not vietnam.

For those who don't know: This is Super Typhoon Yagi which also left devastation in the Philippines as a tropical depression and strengthens into a Category 5 typhoon and hitting Hainan Island and Vietnam, with winds intensely reported 68 meters per second at Vietnam, this was recent because it formed at Eastern Samar at September 1, 2024.
Edit: its local name inside the Philippine Area of Responsibility was "Enteng".
