From up here, you can see the distinct eye of the hurricane and the swirling cloud patterns around it. This bird's-eye view helps meteorologists study the storm's structure, track its movement, and predict its path, ultimately providing life-saving information for those in the hurricane's path. thank you for watching the curious collective.

There is a cyclone happebing somewhere going to hit here, there was a hurricane a couple days ago and it was really bad, electricity outages and freezing cold. And a cyclone is even worse than a hurricane...

The largest recorded hurricane eye occurred in 2003 with Typhoon Carmen in the Pacific Ocean. Carmen’s eye measured an incredible 230 miles (370 kilometers) in diameter. This unusually large eye was part of the system’s broader wind field, making it one of the most striking tropical cyclones in terms of size.

However, the size of a hurricane’s eye can vary widely. For comparison, most hurricane eyes average about 20 to 40 miles (32 to 64 kilometers) in diameter. The size of the eye often doesn’t correlate directly to the storm’s overall intensity but can influence the storm’s wind field and impacts.

Your first clips is NOT a hurricane! The term "hurricane" is used in the northern hemisphere, which the storm spins or rotates counter-clockwise. Your clips shows it spins clockwise, which would be in the southern hemisphere, which it should be called a cyclone.

As someone whos seen day after tomorrow far too many times i can confidently say that the second clip is taken from that movie. You can see the snow covered ground in the eye from the scene where the helicopters freeze.

Yet the largest one ever recorded on earth is but a drop compared to ones on other planets (especially Jupiter).

The one in the beginning must've been in the Southern hemisphere since it was spinning clockwise...BUT it is spinning wrong and is likely just the video editor reversing it in a mirror image/video left-to-right...the later view shows the proper CCW flow in the Northern hemisphere.
