Brand new Pro-Elite Cable Cross / Functional Trainer item 516102c.
The Chrome Guide Bars rattle whenever anyone uses this station. Whether doing pull-ups or using only one cable, the chrome rods rattle. The rod sit loosely in the upper frame and in the top weight plate. It seems a grommet or gasket is missing as one of these would prevent this distracting sound. Some chrome rods are more loose than the others.
Professionally installed. The cables, stops, guide bars, weights were fully assembled when it was delivered. The installers only had to deliver the three pieces and attach the cross bar between the two stacks for final assembly.
No other cable station I have used makes this much noise.
