Gorgeous video ! Everything but everything looked incredible and as you said, made with love. To your question: My favorite Italian dish is homemade meat ravioli with a rich meat and mushroom sauce. The ravioli interior stuffing I make from dry (then sweet marsala-soaked) minced porcini mushrooms, roasted until tender beef roast finely minced, with diced sauteed basil and swiss chard, fine onion, a smidge of garlic (sorry I am a garlic-aholic !), ricotta, egg yoke, pecorino Romano, nutmeg and marjoram. Pillows from heaven ! Cheers to you and I love that your mom said she made The Best sauces ever ! Mom's Rule !!! 🥰 m.
