Shoe #1 has a higher vamp with a wider toe box, and a heel that slips off.
Shoe #2 has a lower vamp with a narrower toe box, and fits well at the heel.

Shoe 1 looks like its dieying fast and keeps falling off since its not as narrow but it seems to also bring her more over her box while 2 looks like its Supports her foot more and doesnt fall off easily and it matches her lines more

Shoe one is allowing her foot to slip all the way to the floor with a wider, higher vamp

Shoe two is still allowing sinkage, but the feet will swell enough to fill that gap. The vamp is narrower and shorter which make the feet look beautiful, but the higher vamp may be better so she doesn’t fall out

Shoe two has a lower vamp and fits better on the heel, but shoe one breaks differently and is more aesthetically pleasing in the way it shows off her arches

Whereas shoe 2 looks like a better fit, shoe 1 makes the pointed foot look more 'shaped'

As a non-ballerina, on the left, it's got a wider box, maybe a ¾ shank (or softer?), and a higher...throat (whatever the front is called.)

Shoe 1 has a longer vamp and wings. Shoe 2 has too low of a Venmo and isn't supporting the dancer's foot properly, so they're knuckling a bit. I don't live either of these shoes on this person, but if i had to choose between these, I'd vote for shoe 1, no doubt about it.

Shoe 2 has weaker arches, as in the wood is weaker than in shoe one allowing the dancer to arch more
