If my parents want to gift money to me from India, can they wire transfer directly to US bank instead of depositing in NRO? Or is it mandatory to always deposit in NRO account for NRI kids?

Hello, i have one doubt. I just started my trading firm recently, we deal in comodity market over the globe. My company is located in canada and uk. If i send funds around 1 cr in a year or more than that, will this TCS applicable? Because we get only 1 ot 1.% commissions on trades. So please help me out with this issue.

If the IT department wants to track non filers, they can deduct just Re. 1 . Why 5 percent ? Lame excuse. Refunds can take very long and may also involve some Middle men and greasing of dirty palms. LOL.
