This is my longest video yet with my new format and I absolutely love that I was able to show the wildlife, diverse flora, scenery, and wonderful friends that I made while hiking this incredible trail.
If you’re less interested in the beginning prep work of renting a harness and filling out the safety form for the trail then please skip to 2: 58 where I begin the actual trail.

It took a lot of time and effort to compile and edit together such a long video showcasing a difficult trail from start to finish, so I apologize for the delay in release. Now that I am making longer videos I am realizing that I may need to release videos every other week rather than weekly. Please comment and let me know what your thoughts are on that possibility.

Definitely a good idea to bring a harness for this hike. I walked it in two days and covered the water crossings by foot, and man, the water was sooo cold and the one closer to El Chalten was a little dangerous. Be safe out there, folks.

Thank you for this great video! I'm going to Patagonia in November and really wanted to do this trek but wasn't sure since I'm travelling on my own but it looks like a trek one can do solo, just a little bit worried about the zipline crossings :D

I understood you didn't start very early on day one, which seemed to be OK. :) What time did you get back to El Chalten on last day?
