People believe that Frisk represents Save and Mercy, and Chara represents Fight and Erace, but they're both Balanced. Char a represents Save and Erace, while Frisk represents Mercy and fight. Besides, in the Genocide route the real villain here is us. We are the ones who chose to kill those poor monsters.

what i think is being ignored here is the fact that the lv simply brought chara back,
knowing that determination can alter timelines (saving and loading) its possible that chara just knows how to use this power alot more and therefore can use determination to erase and recreate entire timelines.
this implies 2 things, 1, chara had a soul of determination, and 2. chara could probably manipulate timelines themselves when they were alive- which would explain why they so casually push the player through the no mercy route and then steal their soul, they have the same mindset as the player, they could just undo anything they did so why would it matter.
