How to use Prym variopliers

Prym variopliers are a fabulous tool for inserting eyelets, snap fasteners and studs into fabric. There are a variety of attachments that come with the variopliers and it can be confusing to know which to use for which task so let me guide you through the process.

I cannot find the attachment that fastens the stud part for my vario pliers. I have the plastic cap, but not the other part with the small point. Also where do you source your snap fasteners from? Thanks for your help.

Is there any difference between the turquoise and the pink pliers? Or just a matter of colour?
