സാർ ഞാൻ exid Life ഒരു പോളിസി ചേർന്നു 7 വർഷം അടക്കണം 7 വർഷം കഴിഞ്ഞ് വർഷം 20000 റിട്ടേൺ കിട്ടും 4 വർഷം അടച്ചു പിന്നെ മുടങ്ങി പിന്നെ 3 വർഷം കഴിഞ്ഞ് പോളിസി സറണ്ടർ ചെയ്തു ഇപ്പോൾ അടച്ച തുകയിൽ നിന്ന് 45000 കുറച്ച് ബാക്കി 75000 തന്നിട്ടുള്ളു അത്രേ ഉള്ളു അവരുടെ നിയമം അങ്ങനെയാണ് എന്നാണ് പറയുന്നത് 45000 രൂപ കിട്ടില്ലേ ഇത് ന്പരാതി കൊടുക്കാമോ? please Reply

Sir, ഞാൻ ICICI കാർ ഇൻഷുറൻസ് 9211 രൂപക്ക് ഒരു മാസം മുമ്പ് വാങ്ങി. കാർ എന്റെ പിതാവിന്റെ പേരിൽ ആയിരുന്നു. ഇപ്പോൾ കാർ എന്റെ പേരിലേക്ക് മാറ്റി. ഇപ്പോൾ ഇൻഷുറൻസിൽ പേര് മാറ്റി എന്റെ പേരിലേക്ക് ആക്കാൻ അവർ 3800 രൂപ വീണ്ടും ചോദിക്കുന്നു. ഇത് അവരുടെ നിയമം ആണോ?2013 മോഡൽ വണ്ടിയാണ്, 2 ലക്ഷമാണ് IDV. വീണ്ടും 3800 രൂപ നല്കുകയെന്നാൽ ഏകദേശം 13000 രൂപ ഇന്ഷുറന്സിനു ചിലവാകും. ഇത് ഒരു നല്ല നടപടിയാണോ സർ അവരുടെ ഭാഗത്തു നിന്നും, അവരോട് refund ചോദിക്കാമോ?
