foam horns final

Making a set of horns for a prop or mask out of Couch foam or upholstery foam. very simple process that allows you to customize the horns to your needs by embellishing the technique.

With all those tools, I'm a bit surprised you didn't pull out a hot-wire foam cutter. Good looking horn's though for, what, an hour's work?
By the by, what kind of dumpster are you finding upholstery foam in? I could see yanking it out of discarded furniture but I don't know where you'd find just the foam.

I have found that using an electric carving knife cuts through this foam like butter and is much quicker, give it a try!
