Shiny Hunting Legendary Pokemon for 24 Hours (It was a DISASTER)

I feel you with the reset of the shiny raikou. Back in October and November where I was hunting all the shiny legendarys that were left in my usum i also reset 3 shiny legendarys: entei, pheromosa and kyurem and also accidentally killed a shiny landorus. Those moments broke me for a moment but i still didnt gave up and reclaimed all of them in the end

Hi, just wanted to say that you inspired me to also start shiny hunting these legendaries on the 3DS before Bank shuts down. I started with Poipole and got it on day 3 of Shiny hunting for it

Lately I’ve been on a grind to get all of the Shiny Wormhole Legendary Pokémon. The only ones I have left to get are Zapdos, Moltres, Regice, Regigigas, Cobalion, Virizion, Thundurus, Landorus, Kyurem and Yveltal. Kyurem will be the last one I go for, since I already have one that I hunted for in Omega Ruby

14:33 I was shiny hunting wooper in shield and just watching youtube in the backround, but at some point I was so focused on the youtube video that i didnt look at the screen. I had my venusaur from the dlc using energy balls to kill the nonshinies and at some point i looked down only to see my venusaur using earth power against a shiny wooper and i was devastated... I still have yet to reclaim my shiny boi so I to feel that pain brother

Reminds me of when i SR'd over a 200 encounter full odds shiny cyndaquil on SoulSilver and still haven't rehunted it after getting to 5000 encounters and not finding it 4 years ago

Man I really hope they make a new 3ds because I feel like Nintendo can definitely capitalize on nostalgia and kids who want to play Old 3DS games but I'm glad that you got your last couple Chinese before you know everything shuts down I hope those games served your memory well and I really hope you had fun times I hope anyone who had a 3DS as a kid had excellent time

Hey don't worry, I failed a shiny (full odds) kyogre a few days ago on Ultra Moon, as I don't have a shiny charm yet.

Then I failed shiny Groudon the next day on Ultra Sun, although this time I had shiny charm.

My coping mechanism is gaslighting myself into not believing what happened.

Edit: Both over odds (kyogre was over 7000, Groudon over 2000)

Congrats on the shinies!! Legendary shiny hunts are so fun. I’ve been thinking about buying a copy of US or UM to try and get Poipole and Type: Null, before Bank is dead. I’ll definitely need some luck for that tho, I still haven’t got my shiny Necrozma 😢 also the Fire Emblem music at 15:41 is great, Fire Emblem music is peak
