Please be considerate of the horrible conditions that people were put into to make those clothes you are wearing. The fast fashion industry has been under a lot of fire recently for overworking and underpaying their (usually very underage) employees. I encourage you to do more research and examine the brands that have been ride or dies for so long (this includes Wish, Shein, Zaful, Boohoo, Forever21, Old Navy, and many MANY others).

I always love watching your hauls, but I am definitely moving away from sites like Wish and SHEIN for their awful sustainability, basically slave labor and horrid working conditions. I would to see you try out something like ThredUp or Poshmark if you haven’t already! 💜

WISH is absolutely horrible. I ordered a sweater and after wearing it for a few hours, my arms were extremly red and itchy.

Please don‘t buy from them. No matter how cheap it is.

This video makes me sad, Alex. Horrible horrible ethics with who makes the clothing from Wish. It’s generally resold from factories with disgusting practices - cheap comes at a price - mainly child labor. All the money you spend on Shein, Wish, ect - you could spend on really great stuff supporting small black businesses - which you mentioned in your IG posts & you discussed in your YT videos. I know you did one video supporting small black businesses, but what happened to the support? Why contribute to businesses like Shein, Wish, even Doll’s Kill? Please do research into your hauls, even the smallest amount of research helps. I hope you will address this.

Considering the quality of the items, wish is not cheap. This is a reminder that you get what you pay for. And the people that are supplying these items are overworked, underpaid, and are treated like shit. It’s insanely unethical and straight corrupt. STOP SUPPORTING WISH!!!

I stay away from these kind of sites. Even like boohoo and shein. Like they say they have sizes 20 to 24. But they’re not. And it’s just like a low quality rip off. If their sizing was better it would be one thing but it’s cheap and it’s not really plus size.
