I am not a runner but I could clearly notice the massive kick Evan had at the end to catch Cody. I feel like you described it perfectly by saying it is lethal. I couldn’t believe the push he had after running a 4:42 mile pace. His lactic acid threshold is through the roof!

I did this "elimination race" during 3rd grade basketball conditioning except it was with two teams at opposite corners of the court. I was super slow back then and it was complete torture. I almost puked after. This video brought back memories I completely forgot about lmao.
