I love the fact that in book 3 episode 6 Toph asks Aang if friendships could last more than a life time and she met Korra, Aang's reincarnation.

i love how tophs blindess is portrayed and treated in the show. The whole "helpless blind person" is a real thing that happens irl to people with disabilities and the fact she was able to break away from that and do her own thing is awesome!
