Hi great video. I’m considering this model as well. I wanted to install windows xp and run some old games that don’t require much. Do you think this would be a good pc for that? What is are you running on yours?

i got a 6th gen 3040 with the same processor i5 6500 mine is a 3040 sky lake you can upgrade this pc with a 2 gb gpu like a 710 or a 730 or a radeon gddr3 gpu video cards i run a gt 1030 in mine it runs well your version is a dd4 mother board it should have a spot on there called m.2 slot you can run about a extra m.2 hard drive for more storage or run it as a boot drive bye adding a 2gb gpu to this you can watch or edit video in direct x 11 to 12 720p to 1080p ultra to 4k and do light ea sports old tittle gaming i do it all the time in my dell 3040

I like my 7040. Unfortunately, I'm running Windows 10, and can NOT be upgraded to Windows 11. I tried. Yes it has a DVD drive. Not a writer. I had to add an external Blu-Ray writer. The keyboard sucks. I had to get a full size Logitech keyboard. I surf the net, do Facebooking, watch videos. I don't do heavy gaming. Mine too is refurbished. Mine came with a new 27" monitor and I'm told the 2TB SSD drive is new. I've had it for a year and it's adequate for my needs. I read the user manual from the internet. I think it initially ran Windows 8, but does Windows 10 just fine. But Microsoft is dropping Windows 10 support. If Windows 11 is important to you, buy a newer computer.
